Programs
Four Programs. One Curriculum. Built for Schools and Colleges.
Every program teaches the same core skill: how to build AI, not just use it. Pick the entry point that fits your institution - student-led upskilling, teacher capacity-building, full lab deployment, or a portable AI kit for a single batch.
Program 01
Student AI Program
A structured, hands-on program for students in classes 9–12 and undergraduate years. Students do not just learn what AI is - they build, train, and ship a working AI project on real hardware. Cohort-based, mentor-led, and project-graded.
By the end, every student has a portfolio piece they understand deeply: dataset, model, training process, evaluation, and deployment. This is the project they will talk about in college applications and job interviews.
| For | Students in classes 9–12 and undergraduates (any stream with basic computer literacy) |
|---|---|
| Format | 12-week cohort · weekend hands-on sessions · GPU lab access · final project review |
| What they build | An end-to-end AI project: data collection, model training, evaluation, deployment to an edge device |
| Outcome | Working project, code on GitHub, certificate, mentor letter for college / scholarship applications |
| Batch size | 15–20 students per cohort (kept small on purpose) |
| Fee | Per-student fee · institutional discounts available · scholarships for merit-based admissions |
Program 02
Teacher Training
A 5-day intensive that turns existing computer science, mathematics, and STEM teachers into confident AI educators. Teachers leave with a working classroom curriculum, hands-on hardware experience, and the support to run AI projects with their own students.
5-Day Workshop Structure
Foundations
What AI actually is, what a neural network does, where it succeeds and fails.
Datasets & Tools
Hands-on with Python, datasets, labelling pipelines, and the workflow of a real ML project.
Training Models
Train a model end-to-end on GPU hardware. Evaluate, debug, improve.
Edge Deployment
Run inference on edge devices. Understand performance, power, and real-world constraints.
Classroom Playbook
Build your own lesson plans. Co-design a project your students can ship in a term.
| For | School and college teachers in CS, mathematics, physics, or STEM-adjacent subjects |
|---|---|
| Format | 5-day intensive · on-campus or at our Lucknow lab · ongoing email and WhatsApp support after |
| What teachers leave with | Working AI projects of their own, classroom-ready curriculum, lesson plans, project rubrics |
| Outcome | Certified Edge AI Educator · ready to run student AI projects in their own classrooms |
| Batch size | 10–15 teachers per workshop |
| Fee | Per-teacher fee · institutional discounts for groups of 5+ from a single school or college |
Program 03
Full AI Lab Setup
A complete, turn-key AI lab installed on your campus. We deliver hardware, curriculum, teacher onboarding, and a year of support - so your institution has a working AI lab from day one, not a room of unused machines.
What's Included
- GPU workstations sized for student cohorts of 15–30
- Edge AI devices for inference and deployment projects
- Pre-configured software stack - Python, PyTorch, datasets, IDE
- Year-long curriculum mapped to school / college calendars
- Teacher onboarding (5-day workshop included for up to 4 teachers)
- Project ideas and dataset library curated for Indian classrooms
- 12 months of remote technical and pedagogical support
- Certification track for students completing the curriculum
| For | Schools and colleges committing to AI as a multi-year capability |
|---|---|
| Format | On-site installation · 4–6 week deployment timeline · launch event with first student cohort |
| What's installed | GPU workstations, edge devices, software stack, networking, project library |
| Outcome | A working AI lab running real student projects from week one |
| Capacity | 15–30 students per session · multiple cohorts per academic year |
| Investment | Custom quote based on lab size and capacity · phased payment options for institutions |
Program 04
AI Student Kit
A portable AI lab in a box - for institutions that want to start small, run a single cohort, or pilot before committing to a full lab. Everything a student needs to learn AI hands-on for an entire program, and they keep the kit at the end.
Edge AI Hardware
A compact AI development board capable of running real models - vision, audio, and sensor-driven projects.
Sensor & Camera Module
Camera, microphone, and sensor accessories - the building blocks of real-world AI projects.
Curriculum Workbook
A printed, structured workbook covering 12 weeks of lessons, projects, and self-assessment exercises.
Curated Datasets
Pre-loaded, classroom-safe datasets covering vision, language, and tabular ML.
Sample Projects Library
A library of starter projects students can fork and extend - from a number recognizer to an edge object detector.
Online Mentor Access
Scheduled office hours with PaniniX mentors for the duration of the program.
| For | Pilot batches, summer programs, scholarship cohorts, or a single class within a school |
|---|---|
| Format | One kit per student · 12-week program · remote mentor support |
| What's in the kit | Edge device, accessories, workbook, datasets, project library, mentor access |
| Outcome | Each student finishes with a working AI project and the hardware to keep building |
| Minimum order | 10 kits · institutional pricing for 25+ kits |
| Fee | Per-kit price · includes hardware, curriculum, mentorship · custom quote on request |
